{"id":1053,"date":"2026-03-19T10:00:02","date_gmt":"2026-03-19T01:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osip.jp\/en\/?p=1053"},"modified":"2026-03-19T10:00:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-19T01:00:02","slug":"the-global-campus-trial-osip-philippines-program-part-2%e2%94%82group-2-arrives-at-lapu-lapu-cebu-international-university-joint-cultural-exchange-event-held","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osip.jp\/en\/1053\/","title":{"rendered":"The Global Campus Trial (OSIP) Philippines Program - Part 2\u2502Group 2 Arrives at Lapu-Lapu Cebu International University, Joint Cultural Exchange Event Held"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second group of the Lapu-Lapu Cebu International University program has arrived, and a joint cultural exchange event with both Group 1 and Group 2 was held together with local students.<br>Prior to the event, Kansai University students and Filipino students were divided into groups and held a series of online meetings to plan what activities they would conduct for the event.<br>On the day, Kansai University students introduced aspects of Japanese culture such as origami and omikuji (fortune slips), while the Filipino students presented how to make \u201chalo-halo,\u201d a traditional Filipino dessert.<br>&nbsp;This provided a valuable opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of each other\u2019s cultures.
