However, this does not apply when required by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This University will take all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, as well as the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information, and will promptly take corrective measures against such risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This University will establish a personal information protection committee and appoint a personal information protection manager, and will conduct its operation under an appropriate personal information management system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All personnel engaged in the operations of this University will comply with laws, regulations, and other norms related to personal information.
