An In-Person Session Conducted as Part of the Career Education Program and the Global Campus Trial DAY1
On Monday, January 19, the first day of the in-person collaborative learning session organized under OSIP (Osaka Social Impact Project) initiatives—the Career Education Program and the Global Campus Trial—was held at Kansai University’s Senriyama Campus.
This session was conducted as follow-up learning after a previous online joint session, creating a hybrid learning experience that combined online and face-to-face engagement.
Participated students were divided into groups to discuss topics such as “trends in Japan” and “things we want people to know about Indonesia,”, subjects that are not often explored in depth in everyday life. For the Indonesian students, the session provided a valuable opportunity to gain a realistic understanding of life in Japan. At the same time, it allowed Japanese students to develop an interest in unfamiliar countries and broaden their global perspectives.
Through this OSIP project, Kansai University and Osaka Metropolitan University will continue to provide international and diverse learning opportunities and remain committed to fostering students with a strong global mindset.
