【International Students Visit KUBOTA Hanshin Plant】

On Friday, December 12, 2025, international students visited the KUBOTA Hanshin Plant as part of the OSIP initiative, with the cooperation of Amagasaki City Office. The visit provided students with an opportunity to learn more about Japanese industry and corporate culture.
The program included an overview of the company, a guided tour of the manufacturing facilities, and a roundtable discussion with young employees. Through the factory tour, students observed Japan’s manufacturing practices and technologies firsthand. During the discussion session, they exchanged views with employees about work experiences, career development, and working in Japan.
Through these activities and interactions, international students deepened their understanding of Japanese companies and gained valuable insights that encouraged them to reflect on their own future careers.
