Global Campus Trial (OSIP) Thailand Program | 19 Days of Learning in Historic and Vibrant Bangkok
As part of the Global Campus Trial (OSIP Program), seven students participated in a 19-day program in Bangkok, Thailand, where they engaged in English language training and multicultural collaborative learning activities at local universities.
During the first two weeks, the students attended an intensive language program at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), where they enhanced their practical English communication skills while also being introduced to basic Thai language and expressions. Throughout this period, they learned about Thailand's history and culture through various experiential activities, including a visit to the historic city of Ayutthaya, rice farming experiences, and traditional dyeing workshops. On the final day of the language program, each student delivered a presentation reflecting on their experiences in Thailand and showcasing what they had learned.

During the final week, the students visited two universities in Bangkok: Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) and Srinakharinwirot University (SWU).
At PIM, they toured the unique corporate university campus, which is dedicated to developing work-ready professionals, and participated in a collaborative seminar titled "Nanotechnology Strategy." Working alongside local students, they engaged in discussions and delivered group presentations.

At SWU, students joined a campus tour led by students majoring in tourism and hospitality. They also participated in a variety of cultural exchange activities, including games that introduced aspects of both Thai and Japanese culture, providing valuable opportunities for interaction and friendship with local students.

Thailand, and Bangkok in particular, offers a unique blend of elegant historical heritage and vibrant modern energy. The experiences gained there, together with the interactions with students of the same generation from different cultural backgrounds, undoubtedly broadened the participants' perspectives and left a lasting impression on them. We hope that this experience will inspire them to embrace new challenges and continue expanding their horizons in the future.
