Global Campus Trial | Cheng Shiu University (Kaohsiung, Taiwan)

A 6-day program spanning two cities — Kaohsiung and Taipei — based at Cheng Shiu University.

Activities range across industry, education, and culture: an English-language lecture on Taiwanese tea culture, exchanges with local students studying Japanese, a factory visit to a major semiconductor manufacturer, a visit to the Siemens Taiwan office, and participation in classes at Soochow University. A joint program with students from the Philippines added a multinational dimension, creating a truly cross-border learning environment connecting Japan, Taiwan, and the Philippines.

With Japanese, English, and Mandarin all in the mix, this program offers a hands-on opportunity to sharpen intercultural awareness in a genuinely multilingual setting.
