Student–Company Exchange Session #4

On Tuesday, June 16, a “Student-Company Exchange Session” was held for international students. For the forth session in the series, representatives from Fujimoto Bossard Corporation（https://fujimotobossard.co.jp/）joined us and shared insights into their business operations, the wide variety of fastening solutions they provide, their commitment to quality, and the company’s future vision.

During the second half of the session, students discussed what makes a workplace welcoming and inclusive for international employees. Drawing on own experiences and perspectives as international students, they shared a wide range of ideas and received valuable feedback from the company representatives.
